How Orders Work
Every dessert is handcrafted to order. This confirmation-first process keeps availability, timing, custom details, and payment clear before Viktoria begins your order.
Prepare your request
Add items to the cart, enter your contact information and preferred date, then generate your printable invoice.
Confirm the details
Email the prepared request to Viktoria. She will confirm availability, timing, pickup or local delivery, and any custom decoration.
Pay after confirmation
Wait for Viktoria's reply before sending payment. Your order is confirmed only after the details and payment instructions are agreed upon.
